Your brain is a powerful force. My role is to guide you – either in person or via my downloads – into a deep state of relaxation where you can reprogram your brain to choose healthier and more productive thoughts. If you have ever wished that you could lose weight, stop smoking, change a habit, become less anxious…then I would love to help you to achieve your goals and to live to your full potential.
I am internationally certified and registered with the NGH (National Guild Hypnotists, USA), the oldest and largest hypnotherapy organisation in the world. My programs combine techniques of self hypnosis, guided meditation and visualisation.
WHY GUIDED MEDITATIONS?

This program will help you to feel less anxious, more self confident and help you to get over nerves for public speaking.
So many of us want to write, paint, express ourselves in some creative way and yet we don’t. Why do we deny ourselves the pleasure of expressing our creativity? The reasons can be complex; fear of failure, not believing that we have something valid to say, fear of revealing our real selves and then maybe being rejected, or even fear of success! Whatever the reason we hold back, our unwillingness to express our true selves can be changed. These programs will help you to remove the limitations that you have put upon yourself
Focus and productivity
Modern life has us constantly bombarded with information via computers, phones and other devices. It’s become far too easy to be distracted and as a result productivity suffers. Use this program to learn how to focus on the task at hand and be more productive at work.
We all love to travel and experience new places but most people don’t enjoy the actual flight. This session will help you to take the anxiety out of flying and make you feel relaxed and at ease for the duration of your flight.
Stress is the major cause of illness around the world. Heart attacks, strokes, sexual dysfunction, insomnia, depression, and anxiety are just a few of the illnesses that can be caused or worsened by stress. Learning to relax deeply is no longer a luxury, it’s a necessity. The stresses and strains of modern day life can be overwhelming and yet we carry on at a hectic pace without setting aside time to calm ourselves and feel peaceful. We need to find a space in our day to deeply relax and recharge ourselves. These programs will teach you to reach new levels of relaxation and each time you listen you will find it easier and easier to relax deeply and quickly.
These programs should be listened to as frequently as possible during your pregnancy to help you to have a comfortable and easy birth.
